At Operation End-Ex, our mission is to help service members, veterans, and their families navigate the transition from military to civilian life with confidence, clarity, and purpose. We know there are many resources available, but finding the right ones at the right time can be overwhelming. Our goal is to organize trusted information in one place so veterans can make informed decisions during their next mission.
When reviewing resources, we look for organizations, programs, and services that are veteran-focused, transparent, accessible, and relevant to the transition process. This may include resources related to VA disability, employment, education benefits, housing, financial planning, mental health, SkillBridge, nonprofit support, and community connection.
Resources listed on Operation End-Ex are reviewed based on the following values:
Relevance: The resource should directly support service members, veterans, or military families during or after transition.
Trust: The organization should be clear about who they are, what services they provide, and how veterans can contact them.
Accessibility: The resource should be reasonably easy to understand, locate, and use.
Transparency: Any costs, services, limitations, or eligibility requirements should be clearly explained.
Mission Alignment: The resource should support the overall goal of helping veterans move forward with purpose, stability, and confidence.
Operation End-Ex does not guarantee results from any third-party organization, and listing a resource does not mean every veteran will have the same experience. Veterans should always review each organization, ask questions, and decide whether a resource is the right fit for their personal situation.
Our commitment is simple: help veterans cut through the noise, find trusted starting points, and build a stronger plan for life after service.
